To all the people who have still been faithfully visiting this almost dying, pathetic blog, I shan't let you people down, Grins!

Life is packed; like sardines in tin!

It'd been 9am-6pm of work from Mon-Fri, but thankfully I'm working over at my Dad's, which allows me to cut some slack. :P Sat and Sun are specially reserved for Kieran and myself. Although times like that are never enough, we just had to make do with it and plan our time round the remaining 2 days of the week. A bit sad, I'd admit. :[

So, what have we been up to recently? BBQ and stayover over at Baby's, City, and IKEA. Haha, quite a wide range yea? Well, we definitely got to make use good use of the weekends cos it's all that we have! :/ Hm, it'd be great if you could book me in advance if you want a date out with me. :P

Alright, anyway, on most of my mornings, I'll be a really wonderful girlfriend and meet up with my more-than-wonderful Baby and sent her to the campsite before jogging home. So, till the next time you people see me around, please tell me I've lost some fats? Haha!

Meet up with Baby at the coffee shop and headed to school.
Had a bad tiff last night, sigh, my bad.
After school, accompany Baby to CWP to check out more about HTC Touch Diamond.
I went home soon after and poor Baby, home alone.

19 November
Headed to school and lesson is simply boring.
After school, went for Netball training.
Okay, you suck, you’re so freaking biased.
Fine, whatever you think okay.
Whatever you want your star players to be.
I admit I am a lousy player, oh well, don’t bother.

20 November
Breakfast with Naz, Haha, Wany, Nab, Love and me.

Nutrition is a tough one.
Everyone in the class is mugging like hell to get the answers.

After which, headed to M1 then home.

21 November
Didn’t have a good sleep):
So, woke up around 6 plus, get prepared and went to meet Baby.
Bought Mac breakfast for her and we walked to school.
She suggested we skipped school today because we’re super tired.
Haha,i agreed.
So, ate Mac under a block.
After chatting and all, we decided to head to school.
We slacked at the library, lunch at Koufu, back to library again.
After resting a while, we found out that it’s time to head to Sports Complex.
Oh ya, not forgetting I send my laptop to the IT-helpdesk.
Brag games, sad to say, a boring one.
Kexian and I were like crapping. Haha!
After Brag, hurried head to CWP.
Baby went to meet her Dad and bought her lovely HTC Touch Diamond! Haha!
I went home after that. :D

22 November
I went down to Woodlands and meet Baby.
We headed down to Vivo.
First, we headed to HTC customer care.
Baby and I know so much on the gadget now! Haha.
Next, we sat down and ate to charge our energy! :D
Shopping time!
We headed to CityHall to take a look at her vest.
I grab double chocolate donuts and headed to Marina Square.
Heavenly nice! Yummy! :D
But I look like a kid, whole mouth full of chocolates. ):
Baby bought another boxer from NUM at Citilink, look nice uh! Hehe!
At Citilink, she ended up buying her vest and top.
I helped Bro to buy a belt.

She went to buy a pouch from Heeren and we had our dinner at Pastamaina, Ceinleisure.

Tanning day!
I met up with Emo and Love at station.
Sorry, I’m late.
Stella and Xiaorui came soon after we reached the pool.
To sum it all up, playing at the pool, tanning, swimming.
Stella is seriously the joker! Haha!
After showering, headed to CWP and had Mac for lunch.
After our lunch, Baby and I went to M1 to settle some stuff.
Soon after, I headed home.
I wanted to transfer the money at Kathib station, but have to queue.
I went to the other ATM machine, but the screen spoil.
Stupid man, I’ve go to the other ATM machine at the other side.
After I reached, I forget the amount I need to transfer.
Totally zzzzzz!
I called Meishi, apparently her phone is fake :X
Went home, shower, and sleep till 7.
Woke up, watch tv.
Actually, nothing much already. Haha!

A GREAT HAPPY SWEET DAY! :D
Met up with Baby and walked to school today.
Lesson was alright,pretty easy I would say.
Lessons are always easy, but the UT will be the killer. ):

Went to shop with my Sis and Mum.
Quite disappointing.
We didnt buy anything other than food!

Slacked at home, pretty boring!
When to meet Baby at her tution place.
Chit chatted a while and she send me back to Khatib station.

No training today but heard from them that they're training outside.
So yea.
Meet them after UT and walked to The Woodgrove's netball court.
Sad to say, there are tentages there and we gt no trg.
Training was cancelled but I suggested to ball at 515.
Emo, Love and I went to ball. (:
Played with 2 cheena poks, 1 is super irritating!
Damn irritating, seriously!
Feel like tell them/ smacking them!
Left after playing a while.
Dont feel like playing anymore.
After that, Emo left and we went to had our dinner.
After eating, chit chatted and Baby send me to the station.

Have a big tiff with her. :(
After UT, when down to Ayer Ragar camp(?) for a friendly.
Such a ulu place. Haha.
After match, Cheer's super Dad came to fetch her, Baby and me.
Baby acc me down to Kathib and had supper there.
Poor Girl, that's her only meal. Sorry Baby. :(
She had her long crave wonderful chicken wings! :D
She said it's awesome and she will come to eat it again.
She sent me home and she headed home.

When to school as usual. How sian.
Nothing much, just Cheer never come school again.
She overslept. Tskk!
When to CWP to ordered cake and planned to give a mini surprise for her birthday(obviously it's over so I blog out to let you see! Haha)
Home after that.

16 October
After lesson, went down to Bedok area for a friendly match with Speed.
Jade Seah is one of the players, but well....
Emo, Cheryl and I went to buy some snacks and watch while they're playing.
Hahah, we seriously enjoy ourselves there.
That is their last friendly before POL-ITE.
Go Girls! ;)
Oh, my sandals are in a terrible shape,I've to tape them up as they might just break.
How sad right. Haha!
After which, Mr. Tony send us(Emo, Vivien, Baby and I) to Bishan MRT Station.
I dont know when we started talking in dialect. Haha!
Baby just cant get it! :P

17 October
After lesson, headed to E6 for lab work for Baby's FYP.
More or less, it's just jumps, sprints and runs.
Okay, I admit, I'm such a loser can! :(
After those runs and sprints, sweat collection, now it's time for concentration and reaction tests.
It was fun! Really fun!
Except for the hot potato(?).
Naz and Baby started to laugh when missed the ball. :(
They say that my reaction and all are so funny, in the end I get 4/20(if im not wrong)
That's distraction ok!
Next, urine test! :D
Ke Xian become the joke again.
After all this, finally, we can hydrate ourselves!

After that participants can leave.
But I stayed at do the urine test with the team.

Woke up early and meet Baby headed school for SHL Cup.
Baby is so cute! She says she has to dodge so much in order to reach school.
HAHA!
While they went to attend some briefing, Baby and I stayed at the sofa and I chopped off her split ends!
Nigel leads the team well!
And of course, DSES won (:
But the organizer this year sucks man!
Bad management.
Went to 7-11 to grab some food and headed to Baby's house.
Showered and nap a while.
After which, meet up with Nab, Naz and Wany at Raffles City.
Then we headed to Far's birthday celebration at East Coast park.
The stingray is super uper nice! Yummmmy!
I have to reach home before 12 so Baby and I went home first and they went to chill.
We slept like pig on the train.

I'm afraid Baby will miss her station so I called her.

Simply rot my off at home till it's time to meet Baby to have Kfc at Mac.

Skipped school and headed her house.
When it's noon, went to Mac for lunch.
Next to Yishun for her tuition.
I stayed under the block and do my PP poster.
After an hour or so, my lappie went flat.
Read book, that book is very nice!
Soon, Baby came and we needed to go to school already.
Now, it's others turn for Baby's FYP.
After everything, headed to sports hall for a last court training before POI-ITE start on Wed.
After that, Cheer's Dad came and we sent Baby to her house.
Cheer bought her dinner and her Dad dropped me at Kathib.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BABY! :D
I was late for school. Baby too!
Then we went to the coffee shop near Woodlands station for breakfast! (:
Do all the work before 2nd meeting, and went off to get cake for Baby at CWP with Haha and Naz.
Then, when we reached school, Jasmine, Nab, Wany came along to celebrate with Baby.
When we're approaching her class, she came out!
All of us were shocked and just started to sing 'Happy Birthday' song to her.
Cheese cake for her.
She says is awesome!
HAHA!
Then she make a long wish, and blow the candles.
Naz and all wanted to smash her with the cake. :)
She used her mouth to take out all 10 candles when normally people take out 1!

It is just another boring day, Genevieve's lesson.
Meet up with them at sports hall and headed to Simei ITE for Netball Pol-ite 1st match.
RP won ITE with a score of 45-22.
Took the school bus back, had BK had separate our way home.

23 October
Nothing much, just that Love went to get her hair clay then we headed back to CWP to help my Sis to buy her phone ear piece, but it was out of stock.
Sweet was late for tuition by then.

Home after that.

24 October
Left class early and met up with Love and Cheer.
Headed to Koufu, then Love went to find her Mum and Sis.
They are coming to watch her Netball match.
Haha, of all matches, this match, VS TP.
Took the school bus and all.
Hmm, lost to TP with a score of 29-42.
Bus back to Woodlands and home.

25 October
Went to Woodlands and meet her.
Headed to Vivo next.
Bought sushi and had a mini meal, haha.
Went into a pet shop.
I pluck so much of my courage to walk into that shop know!

Oh ya, the only thing I think worth going in is, I saw mini-Happeeeee!

Went to City Hall next, but she bought none.
Headed back to Vivo, she bought her Oakley bag.(which seriously cost her a bomb)
Back to City Hall and bought nothing again.

Headed back to 515, had supper and slacked at fitness area awhile then went to her house.

Went to reborn my hair for the first time!

Which we find that it's better than the 2 Asics shoes that she spotted.
Cus Baby have to go home, so we decided to go down to get it the next day.

Woke up to do laundry and Baby helped me to print my poster.

Meet her at the station and we headed to NTUC for some grocery shopping and bought lunch and headed up.
She went to open my blanket!

But she purposely go and open and she knocked onto the wall. Haha.

She bought her nerd bag, nice eh! Hehee.

First, Cheer's poster screwed up.
By the time we make it done, it is already late.
Presentation is so-so?
Dave shot me dead! :(
Supposed to head to work at Cheer's Dad place.
But, the wrapping paper havent arrive so we went to GV to watch HSM 3!
Back home after the movie.
Make ham&cheese bread for her and a bottle of orange juice! :D
Went to school and headed down to Simei ITE.

30 October
Baby went to Wany's brirthday celebration. Hope everything will be fine for her.

In the end. her Dad asked us not to go down.
Oh well, I went to meet Baby to alter our stuff.

In short, we went to Shaw House to get something for my Mum, Wisma for Topshop and Topman, Taka for Stadium and a shop for Xiaohui's present and to Taka shopping center for sushi and ToriQ.
After that we head to Paragon to look for our bags. To sum up, Projectshop,Adidas, Nike, Crumpler, Sony Gallery. :)
We bought bags from Projectshop for each other, haha. :D

Sandals she wanted, dont have her size and the bag she spotted, she's still deciding. (:

Went over to Baby's house and wanted to do my PP. Cus it's due in 8 more days?!?!

But she came to CWP to meet me first. Went to buy her Nike bottle and bought KFC(me), Mac(her) to her house.
After eating, i pass her the present. Haha.
After that, she suggested to play the 'hot and cold' game when I hide something at her cupboard.
From now on, she have to save up! Cus i bought her a coin box. HAHA

We cooked mee and ate while watching the 9pm show.
Went to station and forgotten to take my wallet.

Then I went into the lift, i saw something on the floor theni take a closer look.
Then guess what!
I FREAKINGLY SAW A CAT BEHIND ME. JUST POP BEHIND ME YOU KNOW! SCARE ME TO DEATH. I SHOUT AND RAN OUT OF THE LIFT.(Fyi, the lift when to the 6th floor.)
I took another lift and when up again. ASSHOLE! THE CAT TOOK THE LIFT UP TO 6th FLOOR CAN!
I SAW THE CAT AND I MOVE BACKWARDS AND THE CAT FOLLOW ME!
FREAK, I RAN INTO THE LIFT AND WHEN TO 11th FLOOR(another way to reach home). When I want to walk the long pathway home, I SAW A DAMN DOG STICKING HIS HEAD OUT!
WHAT THE HELL CAN!
I DONT EVEN DARE TO WALK OVER!
I pressed the lift, but when the lift come, I dont even dare to take!
Im afraid to see the cat again man!
So, I walked all the way down to first storey CAREFULLY. Then walk to the other side of the staircase, walk CAREFULLY back home.
Phew, feel so safe after I reach home.
SERIOUSLY, CAN DIE! :@!

FYI, MY BLOCK'S LIFT IS THE OLD KIND ONE, ONLY HAVE 1,6 AND 11TH STOREY. AND MY BLOCK IS THE OLD KIND ONE, THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BLOCK CANNOT GO TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BLOCK ONLY THROUGH THE STOREYS THAT HAVE LIFT. OKAY, IF ONLY YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND. HAHA!

Work was cool! We ended at 7, waited for the delivery man to come at 730.
Walked around CWP and Baby complain that her legs are aching!
So, i carried her! Like, yes,i carried her.
I really dont have the skill to do so, you know.
But I still carried. :)

THE START OF NETBALL CAMP!(:
Woke up early and went to put my stuff over at Sweet's place.
First thing, we had pool training. Damn shiok, damn fun.
WE played a mini water polo and went to shower.
Guess what, i forget to bring my sb. :x
Oh, and I become tanner. :D
Had lunch and slack around.
Coach went to Malaysia and bought ice cream and nata de coco.
Yummy!
Then we had a light training and played with Wgs.
Not much though. Many of us were tired, include Sweet.
Slacked and had dinner.
Training was canceled and we had team bonding and performance for Year 3.

Had Mac and headed to school!
Training then lunch.

Then back to Woodlands station, had coconut from the night Bazaar and we separate ways home.

But weirdly, Sk never come.

Went down to Wisma and sent my phone to repair.
Hopefully it's able to survive till i change to a new phone.
Which is like, end of this year? :D
After that, went to Woodlands to meet Yj.
Bought my waffle & headed down to school.
When we reached, only Nab was there.

All of them started their physical training led by Jasmine.
TingTing and I were watching them runing and waiting for coach to sent us to CWP to buy KFC!
So on coach's car, he asked me a few stuff.
Like, why did i play so badly for the NL & im one of the players that disappointed him.
Actually, i know i disappoint him, cus i disappoint myself too.
While waiting for the chicken to be ready, TingTing and I were having some girls talk.

Headed back to sports hall & they're still doing their physical training.

Interval training is the keys to running faster. Running long distances alone does not develop the explosive energy systems or the neuromuscular coordination necessary to consistently improve your speed.

What is interval pace ?
Interval pace is faster than your lactate treshold pace.
It is a pace which will leave you out-of-breath. Not quite an all-out-attempt, but it is not far off.

Why do intervals ?
Intervals help to improve oxygen delivery to the muscles. That sounds great, but why is this good ?The more oxygen which is delivered to your muscles, the faster and the further you will be able to run.

How to create your own Interval?
Part of your success will depend on the type of interval you design for yourself. The steps below will help you design an interval training guide that is most beneficial to you.
1.Choose which distance your intervals should be
-The distance of your race will dictate the length of your intervals.
-Intervals of 400 to 800 meters are best for mile races and 5K races.
-Intervals of 1 to 2 miles are best for full and half marathons.

2.Interval recovery time
-The recovery time between each hard interval should be either until your breathing returns to normal or until your heart rate drops below 120 beats per minute.
-During the recovery period, it is best to jog.

3.Number of Repetitions
-The number of repetitions depends on how fast you run and the distance of your race. The faster you run, the fewer repetitions you will do. The shorter the race, the shorter the intervals will be.
-2 to 3 miles of speed followed by a rest is good when training for a 5K.
-3 to 4 miles of speed followed by a rest is good when training for a for a 10K.
-4 to 6 miles of speed followed by a rest is good when training for a half or full marathon.

4.Time

Went to Kallang together.
The sun was burning hot!

I think all of us put in effort/tried to play well for the match.
Yea, was kinda good thing.
Coach allow all players to get to play, at least 1 quarter.
Hmm, i think i fair slighty below average.
Runs was pretty alright, i supposed. The problem always lies with my passes.
Seriously, my passes just go haywire which i dont know why too.
Tony says: Sam, you did work hard, but working hard in wrong thing(smth like tt). Your passes are not precise. In short, you passes sucks. Yea, he actually used that word sucks.
